The first word that was revealed in Gospel of John was “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God”. In the Holy Qur’an in revealing about the creation of humans, it brings us before the scene of heaven in the presence of all angles, when the Almighty Allah told them that He will create vicegerent on earth, their question was: “Will you place therein one who will make mischief therein and shed blood?” However, the answer was the knowledge, which Adam was taught by his Lord … everyone knows the rest of the story.
Therefore, according to Jeffrey Lang whose book is entitled “Even Angles Ask!” we can decide the following:
In the beginning, it was a question, then the question turned to science, until the first verse in the Holy Qur’an was revealed to the Apostle of Allah, May peace and prayer be upon him “read in the name of your Lord”.
Today, we ask a number of questions regarding what we are here for: “An appeal to establish time science”, some of which are as follow:
- When one scholar has new product outside the field of technology and inventions: terminology, concept, approach, theory or science … where is he going to register it?
- Is there a difference between East and West in referring it?
- Are “science classification”, “official science” “dominant encyclopedia” institutions, which are in charge of setting qualifications and measures impartial?
- Are there any scholars from the East were able to establish any sciences? First, throughout the history, and second in our today’s world? If they exist, how many are they?
- Basically, does the Eastern man have the right to allege that he established a theory or a science for instance?
- If he does, how is he going to be dealt with? Based on his “civilizational aspect” in the first place, and based on others’ feature? Are there any models or examples for that?
- When the Eastern scholar leaves (or gets impelled to leave) to the West to join its scientific establishments, will his science belong to the East or to the West?
- Can someone today appeal to establish a new science about an old subject called: time?
- Are there any sciences that tackled time from multiples inputs?
- Can revelation be considered as a source in these sciences? Or it is just a religion, and that science is the opposite of religion?
- Is he who deals with revelation aware of the civilizational dimensions, like time?
- Are specialists in one of the time sciences ready to consider revelation as a source of knowledge?
- Are there any time matters today are yet to be processed in their global and human dimension? Are they in need of science or other sciences in order to provide us with the desired outcomes?
- Is there an existential symmetry between “time” and “human”; as long as human was studied as a detailed phenomenon, the same thing for time, but time is more abstract and more severe?
- If this appeal was wrong, is there an alternative to exit from the psychological cognitive and civilizational impasse that we are bounded with?
- Are the wrongdoings that are happening in the international institutions like: United Nations, World Health Organization, Western universities, secret decision-making organizations, globalized media… have an impact on re-questioning credibility?
- What are the methodological and objective fundamentals of this science: time science?
- What are its scientific and practical fruits?
- What are the steps that it took, or followed till its accomplishment?
- How does deliberation among scientists to either accept or reject such appeal take place? Can we establish a tradition for that?
