What we mean by “an appeal to establish a science” is called by Hassan Hanafi in his book entitled “Introduction to the Science of Occidentalism” as: “theoretical statement to the declaration of a science”.
The appeal that I am filing is not before the western judge because he is considered as an opponent, yet to the collective awareness of the Islamic nation, the collective mind of an entire civilization and to the heart … “for any that has a heart and understanding or who gives ear and earnestly witnesses”.
Definition of the appeal in terms of philosophy is: “a matter about a case, proved by evidence”.
In terms of justice: “it is a legal procedure proceeded by a person at the court, during which he seeks justice or restores his rights, for instance, we say: he filed a legal action against someone about a certain matter”.
“The appeal is filed by a person who is affected by a material or moral harm from any party whatsoever”.
I would like to say the following:
All the terms consisted in the definition of the appeal brought for the establishment of “time science”:
- There is a matter about a case proved by evidence …
- There is a direct and indirect, material or moral harm …
- There is a crime, criminal and a victim …
- There is awareness, and strive for restoring a forcibly-taken right …
- However, injustice does not necessarily come from the other (the West), but sometimes from ego in various forms: weak, ignorant, lazy, negligent, submissive, oblivious, surrendering… sometimes even diligent ones are also responsible for the problem due to the lack of efforts.
- Rather, the appeal is filed to those who exerted efforts, but were not supported by the civilizational context and the civilizational structure to make a cognitive and civilizational transformation… “On no soul doth Allah Place a burden greater than it can bear. It gets every good that it earns, and it suffers every ill that it earns”.
It is up us to us to “get credibility” which we lost for multiples reasons, without which we will waste so much academic, cognitive, individual and shared efforts, and we will be trapped under what is known as “international legitimacy”, “global reference” and the “humanitarian dimension” etc., which require persistent diligence and assiduity (our experience with the Algerian Scholar Award can be the best example for establishing credibility along the timeline).
